She won! We didn’t even know there was a contest, but evidently there was and Stella won. Woohoo! Today was Book Character Day at school. Stella chose Ready, Set, Pirouette for her inspiration. I was hoping for something more elaborate but last night when we were finally getting it together, I was so thankful she chose such a simple costume. She basically just wore her dance clothes, although her ballet shoes have been missing for several weeks now so pink maryjanes to the rescue. We added blush, freckles and the double, flowered buns to get into full character. So yay for an easy, cute costume!
